Some IMPORTANT information and an opportunity to have a completely locally sourced, grown in NH, supporting family farming meal! We will have fresh organic vegetables to go with your meal such as potatoes, onions, squash, carrots and sweet potatoes from both our farm and our partner farms. We will have fresh dairy for your baking needs such as butter (salted and unsalted), buttermilk, yogurt, cheese and milk from our partner farm, Benedikt Dairy. We will have amazing pies plus gluten free brownies from Saxy Chef. If you anticipate that you will need a large amount of any of these things. Please email me with details as we are only stocking in limited supply. We are looking forward to seeing you Friday! Pastured chicken means we only have chicken when there is pasture. Chickens raised outdoors in good weather is humane and allows the chickens to behave in their natural habitat. Fresh winter chicken means it is grown indoors and likely confined or it comes from far, far away places, its not local. This is your last chance of the season for our fresh, local, non gmo chicken. For the winter, we have been storing up frozen product which we will have while supplies last. We recommend the bulk pack for the best price so you can have our pastured chicken all winter long. You will be so happy enjoying summer chicken on those cold winter nights without having to leave the comfort of your home! Now is the time for fresh and now is the time to stock up! And remember, when you spend your money in NH, it will stay in NH - supporting our local economy.

https://concordnhmulticulturalfestival.org/ @concordnhmulticulturalfestival #concordnhmulticulturalfestival #nheatlocal #nhmade We use them to make our incredible organic apple cider vinegar. Our trees are over 100 years old and I have no idea what variety they are but I can say, they don't make apples like these anymore. I can't waste any of them! Apple sauce, cider, there is so much to do this time of year and ACV is so easy! I've used the method from this website for the last three years successfully - http://talesofakitchen.com/raw/homemade-organic-raw-apple-cider-vinegar/ I hope you can join in on the fun or enjoy our ACV in a few months when its ready.
We have lots of fresh organic veggies including organic corn, eggplant, onions, an assortment of tomatoes, potatoes, zucchini and more.
