Pastured chicken means we only have chicken when there is pasture. Chickens raised outdoors in good weather is humane and allows the chickens to behave in their natural habitat. Fresh winter chicken means it is grown indoors and likely confined or it comes from far, far away places, its not local. This is your last chance of the season for our fresh, local, non gmo chicken. For the winter, we have been storing up frozen product which we will have while supplies last. We recommend the bulk pack for the best price so  you can have our pastured chicken all winter long.
